Product Overview
The cylindrical thick-film non-inductive high-voltage resistor is a high-performance resistive element specifically designed for high-voltage, current pulse, and surge circuits. This series of resistors employs a thick-film non-inductive structure, with a substrate made of over 95% high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃). The resistive film is made of a conductive paste composed of precious metals such as silver, ruthenium, and palladium, and is sintered at 850℃ to ensure excellent thermal conductivity and electrical stability.
The casing can be made of silicone or glass, enabling long-term stable operation in environments such as air, high-pressure oil, or epoxy resin. The resistor leads use tin-plated nuts or screws, ensuring not only a secure and reliable connection but also improved corrosion resistance and contact stability under high-voltage conditions, making it an ideal and reliable component in high-voltage equipment.
